The object of a chitty company shall be as follows:
To carry and conduct Kuries namely transactions entered into by the company with a number of persons that everyone of the contracting parties shall subscribe a certain amount of money by periodical installments for certain definite periods and that each in his/her turn as determined by lot or by auction or both shall be entitled to the prize amount less discounts as may be provided for in the agreement. But the Company shall not carry on the business of banking within the meaning of Banking Regulations Act, 1949. Chitty Company can not do any other business.

Coin/formulate the Chitty Company Name – Eg: Alpha Chitty Pvt Ltd.

Apply to Ministry of Corporate Affairs for getting name for the Chitty Company. You can Plse. note that name proposed shall not same or similar to the name of existing company or LLP.

check herename availability for the proposed Chitty Company Plse. also note that that name proposed shall not same or similar to a already registered trademark or is subject matter of an application pending for registration under the Trade Marks Act. You can
check herewhether the proposed name is based on a trademark registered or is subject matter of an application pending for registration under the Trade Marks Act.

5 STEP

Plse. get Digital Signature for promoters.

6 STEP

Prepare Memorandum of Association ( MoA) & Articles of Association( AoA)

7 STEP

Submit application for the registration of the Chitty Company along with the required documents and prescribed government fees.
